The Events & Marketing Committee’s aim is to improve the image and boost the vitality of Kings Heath for residents, businesses and visitors alike. Our many activities promote the area to attract new residents, more enterprise and visitors plus seek to encourage/target future investment and employment. We organise the excellent summer and Christmas “Big Party” street fayres and are responsible for the festive street light lighting. We initiated a “Shop Local” campaign – hopefully you have one of our lovely bags – more are on the way! We work closely with the Town Centre Manager who produces our newsletter and we are also the creative force behind this fantastic website.
